Advancing the nursing profession is the heart of Zimbabwean Midviwes and Nurses Associations. By speaking through a unified voice on policy issues, and supporting nurses to practice to their full licence, education and training we will improve healthcare for all Zimbabweans.

ZiMNA-UK believes that advocacy is a pillar of nursing. Nurses impulsively advocate for their patients, in their workplaces, and in their communities; but legislative and political advocacy is no less important to advancing the profession and patient care.
